Outcome of surgical closure of nasal septal perforation

Abstract: Closure of nasal septal perforation using an open rhinoplasty approach with nasal mucosal advancement flaps and a porcine collagen sandwich is a pertinent and reliable technique for the management of nasal septal perforation.
