Abstract: Aim: In our previous publication, we proposed an algorithm for safely discharging infants from the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) on partial nasogastric feeds (NGF), thus avoiding gastrostomy tube placement (GTP) for infants who were unable to take full oral feeds.
