Outbreak characteristics associated with identification of contributing factors to foodborne illness outbreaks

Abstract: Summary Information on the factors that cause or amplify foodborne illness outbreaks (contributing factors), such as ill workers or cross-contamination of food by workers, is critical to outbreak prevention.
