Our experience of postoperative saving of drainage blood in orthopedic surgery

Abstract: Postoperative saving of drainage blood presents postoperative autologous transfusion and that means group of action of collection patients blood and its late reinfision. The conditions of orthopaedic surgery join with arthroplasty of coxae and knee are connected with signicifant loss of blood (800-1200 ml).
