Abstract

In this study, it has been tried to get distance in terms of equality of opportunity to reach education and to meet the education needs of individuals. It also offers opportunities for more effective and efficient formal education, which is used extensively today.The study also designed two separate course management system. The first is the course management system which is under teacher control. The second is the course management system, which can be defined as an autonomous system, which can be self-directed and contains artificial intelligence algorithms.Three variables are taken into account in the course management system. These; "Motivation, Noise and Climate" are the variables. Course subjects and stimulus videos were prepared for use in the developed software.In the first stage of the study, videos of course subjects were shown in the classroom. Data related to adverse events were entered manually. Based on this data, the stimulus videos were called sequentially.In the second stage, the data were collected with the help of sensors and the flow of the course was decided by the artificial intelligence algorithms frequently used in engineering. This artificial intelligence system includes artificial neural networks and fuzzy logic algorithms. There is an answer to the negative situations that may occur within the classroom, what kind of warning will be done, and artificial neural networks, which fuzzy logic algorithms decide which stimulus video to choose according to the answer.The experiments of two systems developed for this research were carried out separately. In the case where the lecture process was controlled manually, the duration of the course was 27 minutes and 18 seconds, while in the autonomous system where artificial neural networks and fuzzy logic were used, the same course was lectured for 27 minutes and 48 seconds. It was revealed that there was a difference which was 1% in the course processing times of manual and autonomous systems.
