“…1a und b) Zur Kompensation der ausgefallenen Außenrotation bei Lähmungen wurden die Transposition von M. teres major und M. latissimus dorsi mit oder ohne "release" des M. pectoralis major und M. subscapularis angegeben [1,4,6,8,9,11,12,13,17,18,19,25,26,27,28]. Einige Autoren berichten in diesem Zusammenhang über die Außendrehosteotomie des Humerus [1,2,3,5,7,9,14,15,16,20,22,25,27] hältnissen besteht zwar grundsätzlich auch die Möglichkeit zur Muskeltransposition, diese muss dann aber mit einem ventralen Release der Kapsel und Muskeln kombiniert werden [19,26]. M. teres major und M. latissimus dorsi stehen aber nicht immer als Spendermuskeln für eine Transposition zur Verfügung (in etwa 60% Kraftgrad 0-2/5) [22].…”
