Osteosarcoma of the anterior maxilla mimicking a periapical pathology: A case report

Abstract: Osteosarcomas of the jaws (OSJ) are difficult to diagnose, rare malignant lesions, with uncharacteristic radiographic and clinical presentation. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to improve long-term prognosis.
