“…The paranasal sinuses, the frontal and ethmoid bones, and the orbital roof are also predilection sites (Feiring et al 1975;Hiranandani et al 1966;Marvin, 1958;Montgomery, ;927;Schwarz, 1964;Scott et al 1971;Smith et al 1952). However, in very few cases, an ossifying f ibroma is observed to be circumscribed solely to parts of the cranial vault such as the temporal (Kuratsu et al 1985), parietal (Seitz et al 1965;Shishido et al 1982;Takeuchi et al 1962) and occipital bone (Yamashita et al 1977), as well as to parts of the frontal bone other than the sinuses and the orbital roof (Hiranandani et al 1966;Thomas et al 1966). The present report concerns a case of ossifying f ibroma which appeared in the left parietal bone of a 19year-old man.…”
