Digital tools are an essential part of the development and progress of society, even during the health emergency that the world is going through, allowing people to communicate remotely and perform various activities. The present research work has been developed after identifying the needs and deficiencies some medical centers face due to the lack of knowledge of the advantages offered by information systems. The main objective is to develop a web-based system to improve the interaction between the physician and his patients, providing adequate service by assigning and canceling medical appointments online. In addition, the medical staff will have real-time access to medical records. For the development of this web system, the OSCRUM methodology was used to guarantee effectiveness and security during the implementation and continuous improvement of the web system. Likewise, the SMS methodology was applied to the selection of relevant literature. In the performance of the "Medi-Health" web system, a system designed and developed to improve the current conditions of medical centers that do not have an online medical appointment control system was obtained. Finally, in the results obtained through the evaluation of users for this research work, it is concluded that web systems improve the management of medical appointment scheduling and the registration of medical history, significantly optimizing time and improving patient care. Dalam era teknologi informasi saat ini, tanda tangan digital digunakan sebagai metode matematis untuk mengidentifikasi seseorang atau dokumen secara elektronik. Tanda tangan digital ini memberikan bukti bahwa dokumen tersebut dikirim oleh pengirim yang telah dikenali, serta memastikan keaslian dan keabsahan informasi. Penerapan tanda tangan digital, termasuk di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi seperti Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Garut, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengubah cara pelayanan administratif dilakukan. Keaslian dokumen dapat di verifikasi secara online melalui sistem verifikasi yang memvalidasi informasi. Dengan demikian, penggunaan tanda tangan digital diharapkan dapat memastikan keaslian dokumen sambil meningkatkan efektivitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Scrum, salah satu metodologi Agile dalam pengembangan produk. Scrum terdiri dari milestone sprint yang dilakukan dalam waktu tidak lebih dari sebulan tanpa jeda dan time-boxed. Metodologi ini memastikan pemahaman tentang batas waktu dan siklus kerja. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari A1 Initiate, A2 Planning and Estimating, A3 Implementing, A4 Retrospect and Reviewing, dan A5 Releasing. Tahapan-tahapan ini di organisir dengan baik untuk mencapai temuan yang didukung oleh analisis ilmiah secara teratur. Aktivitas dalam tahapan tersebut mencakup penentuan visi proyek, pembentukan tim Scrum, user story, sprint backlog, evaluasi sprint backlog, pertemuan mingguan, pembaruan sprint backlog, tinjauan dan validasi sprint sebelumnya, dokumentasi teknik, dan penyerahan sistem aplikasi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa metodologi Scrum menempati urutan ketiga dalam hasil survei dengan 20,3% responden menggunakan metodologi Scrum dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak.

A carefully planned software development process helps in maintaining the quality of the software. In today's scenario the primitive software development models have been replaced by the Agile based models like SCRUM, KANBAN, LEAN, etc. Although, every framework has its own boon, the reason for widespread acceptance of the agile-based approach is its evolutionary nature that permits change in the path of software development. The development process occurs in iterative and incremental cycles called sprints. In SCRUM, which is one of the most widely used agile-based software development modeling framework; the sprint length is fixed throughout the process wherein; it is usually taken to be 1-4 weeks. But in practical application, the sprint length should be altered intuitively as per the requirement. To overcome this limitation, in this paper, a methodical work has been presented that determines the optimal sprint length based on two varied and yet connected attributes; the cost incurred and the work intensity required. The approach defines the number of tasks performed in each sprint along with the corresponding cost incurred in performing those tasks. Multi-attribute utility theory (MAUT), a multi-criterion decision making approach, has been utilized to find the required trade-off between two attributes under consideration. The proposed modeling framework has been validated using real life data set. With the use of the model, the optimal sprint for each sprint could be evaluated which was much shorter than the original length. Thus, the results obtained validate the proposal of a dynamic sprint length that can be determined before the start of each sprint. The structure would help in cost as well as time savings for a firm.
