Oscilatory PEEP (BiPEEP) Improves Oxygenation and Reduces Inflammation in an Experimental Model of ARDS

Abstract: To compare the use of variable mechanical ventilation with conventional mechanical ventilation in porcine model of ARDS. Methods: Animals were divided into two groups (n = 6), conventional ventilation and variable ventilation with bi-oscillatory PEEP.
