Orthorexia Nervosa and the Quality of Life among Health Sciences Students in Universiti Teknologi MARA, Selangor

Abstract: Orthorexia Nervosa (ON) is the obsession of an individual towards healthy foods. It has been shown to be related to quality of life (QoL). The aims of this study are to assess the prevalence of ON, QoL, and the correlation between ON and QoL. 138 students completed Orto-15 and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires. 67.4% of the students had the tendency to experience ON.
