Orobol from enzyme biotransformation attenuatesDermatophagoides farinae-induced atopic dermatitis-like symptoms in NC/Nga mice

Abstract: Orobol, a metabolite of genistein, is rare in natural soybean. It was found to have strong preventive and curative effects on AD in animal and cell models, and is superior to the natural isoflavone, genistein.
