Abstract: Rationale: Ornidazole is a synthetic nitroimidazole derivative that is commonly prescribed for antiparasitic or anti-anaerobic infections. It is generally well tolerated, with known side effects including gastrointestinal tract, anaphylaxis, and central nervous system reactions.
