Abstract: A fifteen-month-old child with congestive heart failure since the age of three months, treated with furosemide, captopril, and digoxin. Electrocardiogram: sinus rhythm; HR: 130 bpm; right axis deviation: > 90 degrees; diffuse changes in ventricular repolarization.
