Orientation determination of single molecules by highly focused generalized cylindrical vector beams

Abstract: The orientation of the dipole moment, which is one of important parameters in single-molecule fluorescence spectroscopy, is determined by highly focused generalized cylindrical vector beams combined with a confocal far-field microscope.
