Abstract: ÖzetÖrgütlerin faaliyet alanları ya da türleri ne olursa olsun varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri için ihtiyaç duyulan en önemli faktör güçtür. Güç, örgüt içerisindeki bireylerin davranışlarının oluşmasında ve bu davranışların örgütsel amaçlara hizmet etmesinde üst yönetim tarafından kullanılan bir araçtır.
