Abstract: Örgütsel destek algısı, yönetim ile çalışan arasındaki iletişime etki etmesi, yönetimin çalışana adil ve iyi davranışta bulunmasıyla iş sorumluluklarını yerine getiren çalışanın iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılığını arttırmaktadır.
