Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı Sharifi ve Zhang (1999) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Çeviklik Ölçeğinin Türkçeye uyarlanmasıdır. Çeviklik literatürde üretim sürecinde örgütsel çeviklik ise teknoloji ve çevreye uyum sağlama sürecinde rol oynayan önemli bir faktör olarak tanımlanmaktadır.
