Abstract:is a professor in the School of Information Science and Learning Technologies (Missouri's iSchool) at the University of Missouri. He has been very active in the American Library Association and currently serves on the editorial board for College & Research Libraries. He is the author of more than ten books, more than 100 peer-reviewed articles, and has presented at the NASKO Conference.
