Organizational Traits, Care Processes, and Burnout Among Chronic Hemodialysis Nurses

Abstract: In light of evidence linking registered nurse (RN) staffing levels to patient outcomes in chronic hemodialysis facilities, U.S. government regulations have set minimum RN staffing requirements during dialysis.
