Organizational rewards and knowledge hiding: task attributes as contingencies

Abstract: PurposeAlthough scholars have provided sufficient empirical evidence on the effectiveness of organizational rewards in managing knowledge sharing, little attention has been paid to the relationship between organizational rewards and knowledge hiding.
