Organizational foundations of the order of the totalitarian system of social management

Abstract

From positions of the sociological approach, the author analyzes problems of the organizational orderliness of a management system of the totalitarian type and substantiates the ways to prevent the totalitarian tendencies in the process of transformation of social systems.
