Organizational Evolution: A Hospice Case Study

Abstract: An analysis of the maturation process of a large, multiple site hospice using Greiner's organizational development model is presented. Past and present growth phases and crises are described. The value of such an analysis lies in its insights into organizational growth and the resultant lessons for other, similar agencies.
