This chapter delves into organizational adaptability within BANI scenarios, stemming from volatile, uncertain, and fragile contexts. It explores essential capabilities—both ordinary and dynamic—critical for fostering innovation in dynamic markets. By emphasizing antifragility, resilience, and robustness as responses to disruptions, it underscores the importance of key soft skills and management components. Resilience, robustness, and antifragility are presented as sequential responses to disruptive events.
