Organizational design of research results transfer offices: systematic revision of the literature

Abstract: This article presents a literature systematic review of the academic material published regarding the existing gaps that may create research problems in the Organizational Design and Research Results Transfer Office (OTRI for its acronym in Spanish) environment. This is based on the approach developed by Siegel, Waldman, & Link, (2003). The main results are presented quantitatively from the findings obtained at SCOPUS, JStor, Academic Search Complete and EconLit.
