Organizational Culture for Infection Control and Practice of Standard Precaution in Veterans Hospital Nurses: The Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between organizational culture for infection control and practice of standard precaution, and explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy in Hospital nurses.
