Organizational culture as a variable of leadership moderation and employee job satisfaction towards the organizational performance of PT. WKS Jambi

Abstract: How is the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction with organizational culture as a moderating variable at the PT WKS Jambi?
