Organizational Climate and Employee Commitment in Nigerian Deposit Money Banks

Abstract: The study was motivated by the problem of high employee turnover rate in the Nigerian banking industry. The study sought therefore, to assess the effect of organizational climate on employee commitment in the Nigerian Banking sector.
