The research of foreign and Russian scientists in the field of development management of the meat-product subcomplex has been continued and added. The status of the agro industrial complex of the Komi Republic is evaluated. The main development trends of meat-product subcomplex (of the Komi Republic) are revealed. The factors determining the need for integration in the meat-product subcomplex are investigated. The work highlights a development strategy for the meat-product subcomplex and proposes a methodological approach for the formation of a model to improve the efficiency of the meat-product subcomplex. It also contains recommendations how to improve its organization and economic mechanism based on the development of cooperation and integration forms of enterprises and associations of the Komi Republic.

В статье рассмотрена экспертная оценка потенциала комплексного развития предприятий мясоперерабатывающей промышленности. Представлен интегральный показатель потенциала комплексного развития для предприятия мясной отрасли. Приведена субъективная экспертная оценка интегрального показатели потенциала комплексного развития предприятий мясоперерабатывающей промышленности. Представлена экономико-математическая модель выбора проекта комплексного развития в мясной отрасли, удовлетворяющая требованиям системы: повышение выручки от реализации продукции – повышение качества продукции – экологическая безопасность. Разработанная математическая модель дает целевую функцию на применение потенциала комплексного развития. The article considers an expert assessment of the potential of integrated development of meat processing industry enterprises. An integral indicator of the integrated development potential for a meat industry enterprise is presented. A subjective expert assessment of the integral indicators of the potential of the integrated development of meat processing industry enterprises is given. The article presents an economic and mathematical model for choosing a project for integrated development in the meat industry that meets the requirements of the system: increasing revenue from sales of products - improving product quality – environmental safety. The developed mathematical model provides a target function for the application of the potential of integrated development.
