Resumo. Atualmente, o mundo está numa fase de turbulência política e económica. Neste contexto, a Federação Russa encontra-se nas garras de condições alteradas. Particularmente, torna-se óbvio que o modelo económico do país tem de ser mudado. Os métodos de abstração da situação atual e de análise aprofundada das reformas de mercado historicamente implementadas na Rússia permitem-nos concluir que essas reformas resolveram problemas de curto prazo e se concentraram apenas em determinadas áreas da economia. O estudo da evolução e modernização das instituições e mecanismos do sistema de gestão da indústria socialista permitir-nos-á compreender as razões por trás do crescimento e colapso da máquina económica soviética. A metodologia do estudo baseia-se na análise da natureza sistémica e cíclica do desenvolvimento das instituições sociais, políticas e, principalmente, económicas; o estudo é conduzido de acordo com os princípios, métodos e ferramentas do conhecimento científico. Considerando os resultados, pode-se concluir que tanto o modelo económico soviético como o russo tiveram os seus pontos fortes e fracos. O inquérito sociológico realizado, aliado à análise da literatura científica e de dados estatísticos, permitiu formar uma avaliação das vantagens e desvantagens dos diferentes modelos económicos.

“…We note that in our work we do not touch the method of a psycholinguistic experiment, since the object of our study in this case is the process of studying the content of «offline» concepts (Balganova, 2021), while a psycholinguistic experiment is a method that can clarify the meaning of this or that concept of «online», that means «here and now», in a particular audience (Pogosyan, 2019;Isaikina et al, 2021). This gives the basis to qualify a psycholinguistic experiment as a private method that clarifies particularities, but is not able to identify the importance of concepts to the full extent, and moreovergiving no possibilities for a diachronic analysis, which, in turn, is able to recreate the structural links with a lexemes included in this or that concept (Otts et al, 2021;Panova et al, 2021). The term «concept" entered the scientific use not so long ago, about 30 years ago.…”

The object of this article is the methodology of psycholinguistics concerning analyzing concepts. The article's relevance is due to the need to apply new approaches to linguistic phenomena analysis, for which a purely linguistic methodology is not enough. The compilation method, a comparative method, and a linguistic modeling method are utilized to fulfill the study's aim. The author describes in detail the research gaps that exist at the moment in psycholinguistics, in particular, the structure of the relationship between sensory, short-term and long-term memory is still not fully defined, and therefore the basis for a deep analysis of conceptualization is not fully clear. The author concludes that the psycholinguistic methodology has the greatest explanatory power concerning the cognitive process of conceptualization. At the same time, in the case of comparative analysis of various linguistic cultures, the need for additional use of the conceptual and methodological apparatus of cultural studies and ethnology is actualized.

Application of virtual simulation situational model in Russian spatial preposition teaching

The purpose is to improve the teaching quality of Russian spatial prepositions in colleges. This work takes teaching Russian spatial prepositions as an example to study the key technologies in 3D Virtual Simulation (VS) teaching. 3D VS situational teaching is a high-end visual teaching technology. VS situation construction focuses on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) to explore and present a realistic language teaching scene. Here, the Steady State Visual Evoked Potential (SSVEP) is used to control Brain-Computer Interface (BCI). An SSVEP-BCI system is constructed through the Hybrid Frequency-Phase Modulation (HFPM). The acquisition system can obtain the current SSVEP from the user's brain to know which module the user is watching to complete instructions encoded by the module. Experiments show that the recognition accuracy of the proposed SSVEP-BCI system based on HFPM increases with data length. When the data length is 0.6-s, the Information Transfer Rate (ITR) reaches the highest: 242.21 ± 46.88 bits/min. Therefore, a high-speed BCI character input system based on SSVEP is designed using HFPM. The main contribution of this work is to build a SSVEP-BCI system based on joint frequency phase modulation. It is better than the currently-known brain computer interface character input system, and is of great value to optimize the performance of the virtual simulation situation system for Russian spatial preposition teaching.
