Organization Citizenship Behavior: The Role of Spiritual Leadership, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control and Job Satisfaction

Abstract: Purpose – This research aimed to investigate and analyze the direct and indirect impact of spiritual leadership, self-efficacy, locus of control, and the job satisfaction of PT.
