Research productivity is a vital element in enhancing the university ranking and, it is an important metric to measure the performance of academic staff. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors impacting research productivity of academic staff at Cihan University Erbil, Iraq. A survey was carried out among 87 academic staff randomly selected at the university to determine the impact of Fund, Collaboration, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Job Satisfaction on Research Productivity. The data was analyzed by using Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results indicated that Fund, Collaboration, ICT and Job Satisfaction had positive and significant impact on Research Productivity, although Fund has the highest impact on Research Productivity. The implication of this study is the management of universities should pay greater attention on research funding opportunities, rewarding collaboration among researchers, enabling ICT and improving job satisfaction to boost research productivity of the academic staff. For future research, it is recommended to measure the mediating roles of the variables and consider sampling academic staff from other universities to increase generalizability.

Purpose of the study: This study aims to apply organizational commitment and job satisfaction as an indicator to stimulate organizational citizenship behaviours. Methodology: The data collected by a questionnaire survey conducted among a group of hotel employees in Baghdad, Iraq. The 200 questionnaires distributed, the researchers received 149, were valid responses. The data were analyzed by AMOS software after ensuring validity, Reliability, and model fit. Main Findings: The results revealed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction play a positive and influential role in changing the organizational citizenship behaviours among hotel employees. Also, organizational commitment has a stronger impact on improving the behaviour of employees than job satisfaction. Research limitations/implications: The study contributes to human resource managers as it reveals the influential role of firms' commitment and job satisfaction on altering staff behaviours towards organizational citizenship. Therefore, it is understood that more variables need to be considered, such as psychological contract and employees' empowerment. Novelty/Originality of this study: The finding can fill the gap in the literature related to this article in the Iraqi setting, where studies about organizational citizenship is not existing in this context.

Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCBs) involves voluntary activities which do not form part of the organizational roles of workers and do not explicitly take into account the formal organizational compensation structure even though they improve the organization's general efficiency. To create a safer working environment and enhance job efficiency, education institutions must embrace and promote the OCBs. When workforce demonstrates OCBs actions, and they will increase their level of engagement and improve the performance of institutions. Such organizations would now be able to fulfil their objectives and better serve society. The purpose of the study to examine the impact of Transformational Leadership (TL) on organizational citizenship behaviours (OCBs), as well as the mediating role of job satisfaction (JS) in the Iraqi primary schools. Data collected from 172 teachers in some selected schools in Al Anbar Governorate through questioners and the data analysed by Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results indicated that Transformational leadership impacted teachers OCBs positively. Furthermore, Job satisfaction positively impacted OCBs and mediated between TL and OCBs. Implications the study emphasizes the importance of teachers OCBs and recommends that schools should encourage their mangers and administrative to exhibit more TL (Motivational, stimulating and creative actions). This study demonstrates the degree to which the internal motives of Teachers, particularly their Job satisfaction, lead to extra roles and affect OCBs-leaders from developing country prospects.
