Organisational Justice and Organisational Commitment among Secondary School Teachers

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between organizational justice (OJ) and organizational commitment (OC) among secondary school teachers. The sample consisted of 98 teachers working in 8 public secondary schools.
