Organisational citizenship behaviour and service delivery in urban local governments in Uganda

Abstract: The quality of service delivery in decentralised local governments (LGs) in Uganda remains largely unsatisfactory, despite central government’s efforts to improve resource allocation and develop supporting legal frameworks.
