Abstract: Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) can involve skin, bone marrow (BM), central nervous system (CNS), and non-CNS extramedullary sites. Preclinical models demonstrated clonal advantage of TET2-mutated plasmacytoid dendritic cells exposed to UV radiation.
