Oral Sucrose Improves Analgesia During Retinopathy of Prematurity Screening

Abstract: Purpose To determine whether sucrose provides significant analgesia during Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) screening Methods This was a prospective, randomized, sinlge masked audit. The examinations were performed by a single examiner.
