Oral Rehabilitation of Bilateral Cleft Lip and Palate Patient with Simultaneous LeFort I Osteotomy and Zygomatic Implants: A Case Report

Abstract: The aim of this study is to evaluate Le Fort I Osteotomy and zygomatic implantation without any graft placement for management of a cleft lip and palate patient. This case report describes oral rehabilitation of a 33-year-old patient with bilateral cleft lip-palate and oronasal fistula and atrophic pre-maxilla.
