Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is one of the chronic autoimmune diseases that leads to multiple manifestations in several organ systems, including chronic renal failure (CRF). Renal osteodystrophy (ROD) is one of the most common complications of CRF associated with secondary hyperparathyroidism (HPT).
