Oral Bacteria and Intestinal Dysbiosis in Colorectal Cancer

Abstract: The human organism coexists with its microbiota in a symbiotic relationship. These polymicrobial communities are involved in many crucial functions, such as immunity, protection against pathogens, and metabolism of dietary compounds, thus maintaining homeostasis.
