Optische Mikroskopie an CdSe‐Nanodrähten mit Nanometerauflösung

Abstract: Variationen auf engstem Raum: Hochaufgelöste Photolumineszenz(PL)‐ und Raman‐Bilder von CdSe‐Nanodrähten konnten mit spitzenverstärkter Nahfeld‐Mikroskopie aufgenommen werden. Die optischen Eigenschaften der Nanodrähte können signifikant innerhalb weniger Nanometer variieren, was sich in lokalen Änderungen der PL‐Intensität und ‐Energie widerspiegelt.
