Banyak masyarakat yang berfikir bahwa rumah sakit adalah lembaga yang dibuat dengan tujuan hanya untuk menjalankan fungsi sosial dengan memberikan fasilitas kepada pasien tidak mampu/miskin, pelayanan gawat darurat tanpa uang muka, ambulan gratis, pelayanan korban bencana dan bakti sosial bagi misi kemanusiaan. Padahal pada kenyataannya saat ini banyak rumah sakit-rumah sakit yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntuangan. Tujuan dilakukan penulisan mengenai perbandingan rumah sakit berbadan hukum yayasan dengan rumah sakit berbadan hukum perseroan terbatas untuk memberikan pemahaman bahwa sejak diundangkan Undang-undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2001 tentang Yayasan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit, maka orientasi para pendiri rumah sakit dan mereka yang akan mendirikan rumah sakit mulai berubah dan perlu diketahuan perbandingan terhadap keduanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah medote penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan Yuridis Normatif. Penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan yuridis normative. Dimana dari metode penelitian tersebut menghasilkan data bahwa terdapat perbandingan rumah sakit berbadan hukum yayasan dengan rumah sakit berbadan hukum perseroan terbatas pada pengaturan struktur kepengurusan, tujuan dan fungsi pendirian, kepemilikan, sumber pendanaan, dan hukum yang mengatur.

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Wuhan has made economies in various parts of the world experience instability. The real form that can be seen from the Covid-19 impact on the economy today is the Termination of Employment Relationship (PHK). Many employees have been dismissed, and various companies are even threatened with bankruptcy. Other aspects affected include casual daily laborers, MSME actors, restaurant businesses, and other businesses that involve large numbers of people. The type of study was qualitative. The researcher would explore an object to find the potential that existed in the object. This study used a library research method using secondary data obtained from articles, research results, and reference books that discussed the same topic as research. Cash waqf as Islamic financial philanthropy required the strengthening during the current pandemic to assist in the establishment of a Waqf Hospital (RSW), especially for COVID-19 victims, waqf Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), waqf masks, waqf polyclinic, Waqf Isolation House (RIW) and vaccine funding. Additionally, it could help micro business actors in funding for the sustainability of their businesses affected by the pandemic. If there were beneficiaries of cash waqf (al-mauquf alaih) who were not limited to religious provisions, there would equal distribution of aid to help slow economic recovery

Purpose – This paper aims to find the factors for designing an index of the quality of developing human resources as nadzir waqf to control and to be the reference for waqf management in every waqf institution.Methodology – This study used a qualitative method with the Analytic Network Process. The data analysis shows the most dominant influence and determines the priority order, and decision-making. The data analysis will be the weighted sum for the performance ratings for each alternative across all attributes using the Simple Additive Weighting method and at the end, the Nazhir Wakaf Index (INW) value will be obtained.Findings – The research finds the factors in the internal and external resolutions bringing experts into the field by monitoring, and synergies with the government. The Nazhir Waqf Index that tried implemented is low with a score of 40.731. From the table and figure, it can be concluded that the highest variable design score of the Nazhir Wakaf Index (INW) at Pondok Modern Gontor is the assignment with a score of 100. With that assignment, the nadzir waqf has the autonomy to develop his competencies and abilities.Implications – If approached the index one would be the solution to the development. By offering a preliminary index and delivering informative advertising nadzir waqf resources will ensure the ability to provide efficient management.Originality – This research takes an important research gap to analyze the competence of nadzir waqf by making measurements in the development of nadzir waqf resources that can be used by any waqf institution.
