Optimized TCP Congestion Control Over a Wired Network

Abstract: Congestion control in networks is prioritized for maintaining high and error free data rates. The work in this paper directly investigates possible attainment of optimized TCP congestion control over wired networks through a proposed modification done to one of the existing TCP protocols.
