Optimized sparse polynomial chaos expansion with entropy regularization

Abstract: Sparse Polynomial Chaos Expansion (PCE) is widely used in various engineering fields to quantitatively analyse the influence of uncertainty, while alleviating the problem of dimensionality curse.
