Abstract:Staggered synthetic aperture radar (SAR), which operates with variable pulse repetition interval (PRI), staggers blind areas to solve the blind range problem caused by constant PRI in conventional high-resolution wide-swath SAR imaging. The PRI variation strategy determines the blind area distribution, and thus has a significant influence on the imaging performance in staggered mode. Generally, the existing strategies based on linear PRI variation can control the blind areas in a straightforward way, which has… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
