Optimized Multisite Ventricular Pacing in Postoperative Single-Ventricle Patients

Abstract: Ventricular dyssynchrony is associated with morbidity and mortality after palliation of a single ventricle. The authors hypothesized that resynchronization with optimized temporary multisite pacing postoperatively would be safe, feasible, and effective.
