Optimization on the Performance of a Precision Flank-Locking Locknut Considering the Machining and Operational Parameters

Abstract: In this study, the anti-loosening characteristics of a precision flank-locking locknut fabricated under various machining processes and tested in different dynamic environments were investigated.
