Abstract:To propose a new method of reducing the scan length of head trauma while keeping the diagnostic efficiency of the examination in order to develop DRL in an African context. This is a retrospective single-center study including 145 patients who had cranial examinations on a 64-barettes scanner. All head trauma cases were selected.
