Abstract: The primary goal of this study is to implement the Rotary Friction Welding (RFW) process to join similar Ti6Al4V welds. The experimental procedure involves the deliberate manipulation of input parameters, including rotational speed, friction pressure, and friction time, through the utilization of Taguchi's L9 orthogonal array methodology.
