Abstract: The article is devoted to the mathematical modeling approach of seismo-acoustic monitoring of objects and structures of sizes whose own frequencies and emission signals are from seismic and the bottom part of acoustic ranges.  The structural analysis and identification of dynamic parameters of such structures are extremely important in their monitoring to predict essential changes in dynamic characteristics.
