Abstract:This research focus on , inorganic ZrS2/CH3NH3SnI3/CuO layers solar cells through SCAPS-1D software program . In this research, Environmentally friendly solar cells having the arrangement ZrS2/CH3NH3SnI3/CuO/Au . This simulation working the absorber layer CH3NH3SnI3 and electron transport material ZrS2 with hole transport material CuO plus electrode back contact is gold.
