Optimization of stocking density of Spotted Scat (Scatophagus argus) in brackishwater nursery

Abstract: Spotted scats (Scatophagus argus) are euryhaline fish of the family scatophagidae inhabiting Indian and western Pacific oceans including Sundarbans estuary of Bangladesh and having good demand as food fish and aquarium. The present study describes the nursery rearing techniques of spotted scats to optimize the stocking densities for better survival, growth and production.
